Using the “secret ingredient,”  these chefs, from some of New Haven’s top restaurants will create an appetizer, entree and dessert:

Chef Jeff Caputo of Scoozzi

Chef Prasad Chirnomula of Thali

Chef Michael Denisiewicz of 116 Crown

Emcee will be Ann Nyberg of WTNH

Food celebrity judges including:

Lisa Waddle, Managing Editor, Fine Cooking Magazine

Kevin Cottle, Corporate Chef, Jordan Caterers, Runner-Up Hell’s Kitchen

 Delia, The Viking Center of the Northeast, 4 Laser Lane, Wallingford is a spectacular venue where the event will be held. 

Attendees will enjoy a reception with samplings from CT food purveyers.
