I am always on the lookout for new and inventive ideas in food. I came across The Meatloaf Bakery while reading an article and thought you would find interest in it too. I would love to hear your comments on this concept. I have already put it on my list for when I do an On The Food Scene visit to Chicago.

Check out the segment I did with Jocelyn Maminta on WTNH Ch. 8 CT style. Great recipe for Fat Lady Peach CakeĀ and talk about culinary careers.
Several people on Worth Tasting, a culinary walking tour of downtown New Haven requested the recipe for the BAR salad which was served with their famous mashed potato and bacon pizza.
This recipe appeared in my column in the New Haven Register. Please note the dressing calls for 1/3 cup of red wine vinegar and 2/3 cup of oil.
